Defination:
Liquid heating tube refers to an electric heating tube used to heat liquid media (commonly water, oil, various aqueous solutions, etc.). This type of electric heating tube is generally equipped with sealed installation parts to prevent leakage, and the wiring part cannot be in contact with the conductive medium to prevent leakage and short circuit; in terms of design, it has the characteristics of concentrated power and fast heating speed compared with the dry heating tube; After the heating tube is dried out of the liquid medium, due to the concentration of power, the core temperature will be very high, which will cause the electric heating tube to burn out. Therefore, it is not recommended for the heating part of this type of heating tube to be separated from the liquid medium and dry to prevent it from affecting the service life, polluting the process environment, and safe working conditions.
Application:
Liquid heating tubes are widely used in the heating of water, oil, water-oil mixtures, various chemical solutions and other media, and are commonly used in open and closed boxes or tanks and other working conditions.
According to the different heating medium, there are usually the following four types.
- Aqueous medium:
Commonly used for heating of various open or closed containers such as water tanks, solar electric heating pipes, pools, water tanks, heating hot water boilers, steam boilers, etc. It mainly used in environmental protection equipment, medical equipment, high temperature flow channels, sewage treatment systems, heating systems, water circulation systems and other industries.
- Oil medium:
Commonly used in various open or closed heating systems such as oil tanks, oil tanks, heat transfer oil electric heaters, oil mold temperature machines, etc. It mainly used in reactor jacket circulating heat systems, electronics, petroleum, chemical, textile, printing and dyeing, food, plastic, film, oil pump detection system and other industries.
- Various mixtures:
Generally, oil-water mixtures and various mixed aqueous solutions which they are mainly used in environmental protection equipment, medical equipment, sewage treatment systems and other industries.
- Corrosive liquid
Various acidic, alkaline and other corrosive chemical liquids; mainly used in electroplating (gold plating and silver plating), pickling, chemical polishing, degreasing, electrolysis, aluminum plating, electroless nickel phosphorus plating, anodizing, smelting, and food, Heating, evaporation, condensation and concentration of corrosive solutions in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
