Defination:
Solid heating tube refers to an electric heating tube used to heat fusible metals or solid nitrates. This type of electric heating tube has a simple structure design, and there are not many types of media compared to liquid electric heating tubes. When the electric heating tube is used to heat solids, it must be noted that the electric heating tube must be completely placed on the object to be heated, and the electric heating tube is not allowed to be burned. After the electric heating tube is used, if the outer metal shell is covered with scale or carbide, it should be cleaned in time to avoid affecting the heat dissipation performance and service life of the electric heating tube.
Application:
1.Heating of solid metal:
It is applied to the heating of metal materials, commonly used in extrusion, injection molds, casting molds, stamping molds, packaging, sealing machines, etc.
2.Solid hot melt working environment:
1) Hot melting of low melting point metals: melting tin, aluminum, zinc, lead, etc.
2) Non-metal hot melting: melting of paraffin, saltpeter and other salts.
