Description:
The radiant heating tube is an electric heating element enclosed in a protective sheath that is energized and heated. The casing indirectly radiates heat to the furnace lining and workpiece to be processed. It is widely used in various heating furnaces in the heat treatment industry. The electric heating alloy material used in radiant heating tubes should have high resistivity and high electric heat conversion rate. Since the radiant tube is placed in the casing, the heat transfer process is different from that of ordinary exposed electric heating elements. Its heat shielding is large, and the temperature of the element must be controlled during the heating process to prevent the element from overheating. When the radiant tube is closed for heating, the surface temperature of the electric heating element is about 100℃-150℃ higher than the furnace temperature.
